I always stop in after a show at Rock & Roll Hotel for a slice. Key lime and Baltimore bomb are my favorites.
You cannot go wrong here! Love the unusual savory pies (BBQ pork , sausage-tomato-fennel), quiche (spinach/goat cheese ), and Baltimore Bomb. They have a liquor license and do a great Irish coffee !
The Pie is great, both hot and cold, and the shop is warm and welcoming. On the Avenue. A must visit location for Hampden and the City of Baltimore. Walking distance from Hopkins.
Chocolate & peanut butter chess pie and coffee for a filling breakfast to kick off the day (10$). Friendly & helpful staff !
I have been a DDP fan for about 3 years but I never tried their savory pies . Just pecan and small cup of coffee , but this time I threw caution to the wind and got the STF and a Nati Boh. STF YES!
Now that I've had their steak pie with mushrooms , I kind of want ALL of my food served to me in pie form. Steak was tender, creamy-cheesy sauce was off the charts, and crust was perfection.
Decent pies , but nothing so amazing that I would go out of my way to eat here again. If ever in NYC, get the sour cream apple pie from The Little Pie Company to experience a truly great piece of pie .
The name says it all. Go for the Baltimore Bomb (shortbread crust with vanilla chess filling) with a scoop of ice cream . Warm & cold, balanced perfectly.
A bit pricey , but one pie goes a long way! One is enough for two dinners for a family of three.
Awesome place for an after drink or anytime dessert , try the French Toast Pie with icecream , you are welcome!
The pies are just fantastic, tasted 4 of ‘em, all them were extremely delicious. You should definitely visit this place!
I've never had anything bad here!! Today I had the smog (steak mushrooms onion and gruyere ), and the pecan pie with ice cream ! Yum
These pies are a meal and a half. Come hungry, leave happy. It's also a nice place to work with free Wi-Fi when it's not crowded , so not weekends. WiFi password: bytheslice
Visit Mon - Wed for the Date Night special. Move over smog, the blueberry chocolate chip pancake batter pie is my new favorite!
The name says it all: these pies are so delicious, you'll want to eat a dangerous amount of them ! Offering savory and sweet slices, they are all made by hand, one by one with the best ingredients.
I love savory food rather than sweet. Tofu curry is a hit!! I want to come back and try all. Reasonable price. Lov handmade pie !
Best lunch in Union Station, hands down. I for a savory pie slice, it comes with salad . Competitive with what you'll pay for lunch at McDs or Bon Pain but tastier and morally superior.
Try some UncleBrutha's ALLSAUCE with your slice of savory pie ! Good heat.. flavor cant be beat! Produced locally.. Best hot sauce on the Planet! Visit www.unclebrutha.com for info and ordering.
Best thing to have after a nightout at the bars nearby! Try the French Toast Pie with a side of icecream .
The pies are wonderful, my husband loves the beef and cheese , we used to go to the one in Baltimore and now love this one too.
Pie . Do I really need to say more? Oh yes, epic pies of various options. They have chess pie too - so rare!
The savory pie with beef and gruyere is delicious. The Baltimore Bomb chess pie , i can eat a whole one by myself.
Lemon Chess is absolutely delectable. Kind of like a lemon square , with smooth lemon filling, perfect balance of sweet and sour!
Open 'til 3am Thurs-Sat with slices, Baltimore's Bluebird Coffee , and individually sized Pocket Pies , DDP makes sure you always get a piece of something no matter how your night turns out. Read more
BOG quiche , Baltimore bomb, chess pie , chicken pot pie , etc etc. All so excellent!!!

Try Baltimore Bomb! It's truly BOMB!!!!! Loved it! I'd highly recommend it. I'll try others when I return to D.C. someday.

beef and fennel pie is great, but the side salad is a little unnecessary
They made me an amazing key lime pie especially for my birthday!
I was pleasantly surprised by the sweet potato pie . The SMOG Pie (with steak and mushrooms ) was a yummy savory pie .
Open late so it's the perfect spot to hit after the bar .

Mostly have gone here for theatre. The black boxes are great for intimate and interactive shows. Drinks are available at a small counter. Beautiful inside & good location. Parking can be annoying. - Vesper A
My favorite is the miso ramen. And get the soft-poached egg to top it! - Jason Townsend
