The store isn't all that bad, like everyone stated above. The meat & deli departments are GREAT

make sure you bring enough bags and I notice the customer service sucks since they no longer give you bags, gone out the window and I bag my own groceries .

Don't come here after 5, you'll be waiting in line for a good half hr

Worst deli counter forever. It's like they only care about the people who get sandwiches and the ready made food. People want fresh slices of meat too!

Crazy long lines . Seemingly its sole purpose is to remind me how much I prefer shopping at Farmer Joe's instead.

Safeway? More like 'UnSafeway'! Constantly harassed, produce is terrible and lines are insanely long. Avoid this market & travel up to Montclair or down the block to Farmer Joes
