The steaks didn't have as much flavor as I would have liked, but the ambiance and service are good. Plenty of reasonable wines on the wine list .
Unmissable wagyu rump cap and the beef fat fried eggs - best with the house sauce !
The latest offering by the Saké crew, The Cut is the epitome of a relaxed dining experience-right in the heart of the cbd. The waitstaff are impeccable & the food is outstanding. Try the Dark & Stormy
Wagyu sirloin and slow roast wagyu was really tender. Potato purée was extremely salty, changed it to roasted potatoes with pork . Must order the cabbage salad with jamon and poached eggs ! Tangy !
4 hour slow roasted wagyu is nice!! The sauce come with it makes it perfect! But the riverine is not that good. Next time I will try wagyu sirloin .
We went as part if Camp Quality's 10th Annual Supper Club. Service was awesome and the degustation menu was to die for
Trot down the stairs into this heritge listed basement restaurant with custom fittings & antique furniture . Head chef James's food is a revelation in bar & grill. Hit up the dark & stormy for dessert !
Lovely service. Got free cocktails because we had 2 wait 20mins longer 4 our table. Pork belly =amazing. So was the Wagyu steak . Love this place!
The slow roast is the signature dish and is really not to be missed. Cured meat plate has some really tasty Viande des Grisons, awesome!
Whisky and wine here is recommended and the low is nearby for beer !
Service, steaks and ambiance are perfect
The cut didn't make the cut, signature cut unavailable, wine selection unavailable. Entree was meh. Ended up ordering the waygu scotch fillet - waaaay too much gristle. marrow side dish was good...
Great entrees and good steak
$30 SydFilmFest special: blue cheese and caramelised onion soufflé gratin served with a glass of red or white wine .
Well placed steak restaurant in the heart of the rocks
Ask for their specials
The steak sampler is a nice way to figure out which of the regions you'd prefer. Very nice
Just had few entrees and waiting for mains, coming back for sure! Kingfish was delish and scallops !!!
OMG. The slow cooked rib eye is. a-m-a-zing. What a sensational place
The Steak tasting plate is a great idea
Roast beef , cheese cake
Roast beef , Cheese cake
Do yourself and your meal companions a favour and order the slow roast.
Sides are the enemy if u want to finish the F1 trolley steak
Pretty expensive - but very good. The 4 hour roasted beef is fabulious. Count on at least 70$ pr person.
the beef tartare just melts in your mouth
The service here is seriously below par. Food is good but overpriced. It's no rockpool bar and grill or chop house. Don't waste your time/money.
Beetroot sorbet for entree = genius.
Decor is beautiful!
fillet steak and oysters . OMG soo good
Hmm. Underwhelmed. Food ok. Decor and setting was cosy. I'm going to go with over priced.
Average steaks and lousy service but get in early for the slow roast wagyu
Over priced and TERRIBLE service - I don't think I have been this disappointed in years
I don't recommend the hamburger . Also the mushrooms are gross. Avoid.
Amazing! Get Wagyu Rib Eye, Med Rare, Mash, Mushroom Sauce. Combine all three into a mouthful of bliss. - Ben Lewis
Besides the Jamon, the Kingfish and Salmon starter is a recommended one. You won't be dissapointed. - Honey Ng
Very good service and tasty ribs. Draft beer is only thing I miss. - Anton R
Awesome cocktails - ordered some dumplings and they were blue (and tasty)! - Sammy B
You MUST try the Yuzu. Outstanding citrus flavour explosion! - Stuart C
The waffles are a disappointment, but wonderful affogato. The enjoy in with dacquois and bavarois is amazing. - Gracie Liu-Fang
