The tap room's food selection is rivaled only by the great beer selection . Been here many times, and would always come back in a heartbeat. As crazy as it gets here, the staff is always quick, too.
The beer mussels is a must! Best mussels in town . Try the green chili one too, it is delicious, but the beer with butter and herbs was a fav.
Get a sampler all the beers are too good to pass up. The Raz Hefe was outstanding. Just the right balance of sweet and wheat. Pretzel sticks are out of this world for app. Get 1/2 order.
Regardless of the season, you must try the beer cheese soup . It's life-changing. And the mussels LEGIT. Go for one of the more unique, rotating beers on draft and enjoy a great experience. Cheers!
Had the vindaloo curry with tofu and the husband had the falafel . Both were excellent. Had the raspberry cider as well and it was amazing.
Their annual Stout and Oyster festival is quite the treat for landlocked midwesterners, when they fly in 25k oysters fresh from the coasts to schuck and serve with beer ! Read more
I had the Swine on a Plate dish and it was terrific! The beer battered bacon could have a dish all by itself and the Kraus was amazing.... Plus the brat and pork chop
So many great beers to choose from, you can't go wrong. The Oak-Aged Barleywine is a personal favorite. And if you're feeling hungry, go with the Swine Plate.
Beer Bread was so good. We had the fish and fries and the prime rib sandwich . Just solid all around.
Tour is definitely worth it. And you get a drink of your choosing to enjoy at the end!
From the first sip of Schlafly's Pumpkin Ale , you taste pumpkin pie - not just the aroma, but the sweet and savory taste of a real, fresh-out-of-the-oven pumpkin pie . http://bit.ly/1dXRMP3
I'm not a beer drinker, but my local friends all enjoy a Schlafly. Visit the Tap Room for beer , food, and live music . If it's autumn, don't miss the Pumpkin Ale .
As 2010 RFT Best of St. Louis Winner - Best BrewPub you must also try the eats: warm, soft pretzels with white-cheddar dip , the brats and, of course, the fish and chips .
Best seafood and high standards for it chef approved
Went in for a pick your own flight: cream ale , vanilla porter , pumpkin ale , apa, xipa and spiced Belgian. Overall the apa was the standout. The rest were just missing something.

I'm really glad I went here. The bar food was great. (Beer cheese soup is so good) and the beer was even better. Ended up getting the golden ale to bing home!
The Oatmeal Stout and Pumpkin Ale are both fantastic! A fun, yet chill atmosphere.
Cool location near downtown. Great food and Schlafly beer on tap ! They held a beer & cupcake tasting upstairs a while back, it was awesome!
Where the beer is strong and where the force of hops is noticed. The pumpkin ale is quite a treat!
Go for a flight to sample as many of their beers as you can. One of our favorite breweries in the Midwest.
Great tap room, interesting menu. Great for before a soccer match at nearby CITYPARK.

A recent menu update added some satisfying items, but don't try to lure us away from the fish-'n'-fries. To drink, try a cask-conditioned beer like the hopped-up Schlafly APA. (Evan S. Benn)
Oyster fest was great. Wide variety of oysters and great beer .
Wedge salad and hummus plate were both delicious!
St. Louis must-see. Great beer , good food. Skip the other brewery .
The House Brown Ale is delicious and the BBQ Tri-tip sandwich is very yummy too.
