Always trust a bouncer. He says there are more (and better) craft beers available downstairs. Ask the bartenders and they'll usually go downstairs to get you something else...if its not too busy.

Great happy hour deals and awesome onion rings . They call them "shaved onions " I think. Yum.
Decent Irish pub . Solid beer selection if you're into darker beers . Domestics are a bit spendy when compared to other Dinkytown bars .

This place has completely changed. Used to be a great Wednesday hangout, with trivia and a pitcher or grilled wings . Now the basement is closed, no trivia and lame chicken chunks .

Great food but shitty service. I've had Kaleb as a waiter twice now, and have never been treated worse at a restaurant . If you're planning on eating here for dinner , pick another restaurant .
