The KSC Visitors Complex is worth the 50 min drive from Orlando. Lots of exhibitions , places to eat, free wifi and great tours . The Atlantis exhibition is the highlight of your visit! Believe me.
The Atlantis simulation, the bus tour and the "Hubble 3D" iMax was great! ???? ..a bit expensive - but worth it! Make sure to have AT LEAST 6 or 7 hours to spend. And bring you own food. ????
Amazing experience! You can spend an entire day here. Go for the extended bus tour to see more locations in Cape Canaveral. Nothing can prepare you for the Atlantis exhibition . Pure awe.
Most underrated attraction in florida. Came 2 years in a row and i continue to learn every time i visit. The Atlantis exhibit is STUNNING!
Amazing place, the tour around launch pads is great, Saturn center is amazing, Atlantis attraction is fantastic, buy tickets online - fastest way, also special tours are amazing you see a lot more
Here is way too much to do here in one quickie cruise excursion... but I loved what I did get to do. The Atlantis exhibit and the way they bring you to it was so cool!
Starting point to tour Kennedy, meet astronauts and train in spaceflight simulators. The complex also is home to an IMAX theater , rocket garden , children’s areas, and the US Astronaut Hall of Fame . Read more
Make sure you also check out the US Space Walk Hall of Fame Museum in Titusville for some other cool space stuff. It's awesome!
Great place to introduce space and related activities. Very children and family friendly . Hall of Fame, Imax and Bus Tour (Apollo/Saturn V Center) are very cool. Atlantis is awesome!
A wonderful place for any age! I think it's a must see for any tourist . My first time there was at 14 and i liked it as much as Universal Studios!
Awesome experience visiting KSC, it is a theme park for space exploration. If you planned to eat there and buy souvenirs, eat first at the cafeteria . The receipt gives you 10 % off at the gift shop .
Amazing! Our bus tour driver, Beverly was amazing, informative, funny, and engaging. The only complaint we had was the food service. It was awful.but they build rockets, so...????????♀️
Very inspiring and exciting visit. The interactives are quite decent and the videos and simulations are super engaging. And so many real memorabilia ! Excellent place to visit.
Great visit, very entertaining and educational . You must do the bus tour . Only downside was the water for $3.29 a bottle really? I could almost buy a case for that price. Taxpayers paid for the KSC.
Way more fun thank I thought it would be! Do not miss this historic landmark visit! Lots to see and do!
I loved this place, you must buy a tour it's amazing, you learn a lot and basically it's fantastic
Tons of things to do! Could easily spend a day here. Do the bus tour early as it takes a bit of time especially if there is a line !
Even though the exhibits leave a lot to be desired, it's still a must-see if you're in the area. The special tours are worth the additional money.
Atlantis exhibit is a jaw-dropper. Make sure you see it properly via the main entrance & introductory movies .
You need to get over to Titusville for the amazing US Spacewalk if Fame museum . It's free, they've lots of spec hardware and things donated by astronauts. It makes everything feel more real. Do it.
The Atlantis exhibit is a must-see experience. Well worth a return trip if you've been to KSC before.
The museum , scavenger hunts, rocket garden and more are exceptional, experiential learning opportunities for families, whether or not a launch is being prepped.
Excellent experience and a great reminder of the importance of the space program, both to our history as well as for years to come.
Can you find where Yuri Gagarin fits in to the spaceflight story? Don't miss Atlantis in flight and the Shuttle Launch Experience !
Was a Lovely experience really enjoyed ❤️????
Don't miss this one! Visit the museum , take the tours which will get you up close to the Saturn V rocket (used on Apollo missions), see one of the retired shuttles, and dine with an astronaut!
This place has changed so much over this years you could spend all day here having fun. Loved the new Atlantis displays and Saturn V complex .
We were lucky enough to see the historic last shuttle launch with the kids, dolphin jumping in front of us and even crocodiles swimming by. Great experience for kids of all ages.
In all of my visits to Florida over the years, going to KSC was the first time I was genuinely impressed and truly mesmerized. Worth the trip!!!
Great place to visit. Make sure you do the Atlantis and Apollo/Saturn V Center exhibits . Very cool.
Expansive and meticulously clean grounds. To see the rockets and other related items was truly a grand entrance.
Film of a Gemini launch on a Titan II rocket from here is used in the film You Only Live Twice (1967) to represent a Russian rocket launch. Notice the palm trees in the foreground.
Check out the Astronaut Snoopy statue in the Rocket Garden . Snap a photo and share it @Snoopy on Twitter or facebook.com/snoopy!
Best path: bus tour > Atlantis center > IMAX theatre .
It's more a theme park than a museum . A lot of stuff is designed for kids. Arrive early and stay late. There's much to see :)
Don't forget to visit the U.S. Space Walk Of Fame Museum . A great place that gets overlooked! Read more
KSC is a fun and educational place, lol :]if u r able to u should really do the Space Shuttle simulator when u r there. it's so awesome!
The Kennedy Space Center was created in competition with the Soviet Union & was authorized in 1958 during the administration of President Dwight D. Eisenhower
Be sure to visit the Astronaut Hall of Fame just 6 miles west of the Visitor Complex. There's lots space memorabilia and simulators there. It's included with the admission ticket.
Keep eyes out for astronauts walking around, it's amazed me how many you can see!
Best place to learn about rockets and America’s awesome space history.
It's X-mas here at the Space Center. Come take a pic by our huge tree with awesome rockets in the background. Your Christmas cards will look fabulous!!
Paying the extra $13 for the annual pass is a GREAT buy - it gives 10% off in the shop/Astronaut Training & Special Interest tours , 20% off on-site food, and more!
Book guided tours in advance to see best sights & arrive early to see attractions on days around launch. "Discover KSC" tour best done after launch, it can't drive by pad when shuttle is out there.
Knowledge knowledge knowledge , this place will never get boring to us.
If you're on twitter, look for #spacetweeps - cool info from inside and outside of NASA. Cool folks also ;)
The explore bus tour is worth the extra $ just be sure to have lunch before you go-it's long!!
If you're over the age of 11, the Shuttle Launch Experience is not worth the wait. You're at NASA, not an amusement park . Explore the museums and check out the Saturn V Center — simply incredible.
Long lines on launch day like right now! Going on 2 hours to get into the area. Tolls on the way make sure you bring lots of quarters out of Orlando. Hoping for food options as kids getting hot.
Awesome day! But plan going there with a lot of time
My visit was really fantastic. Very interesting information very well presented. Nice customer service. Good food and infrastructure. - Marcelo Tempesta
This place truly captures the thrill of early space exploration. So educational and informing. My daughter absolutely loved it. She's into space travel now because of our trip to KSC. - Slightly Perfect
Loved the tour. They were quick and efficient and on time. It was so cool to be taken around to see all the different launching sites. Definitely worth the money. - Slightly Perfect
Awesome! Brilliant experience. Bus tour out there very interesting too. - Richard Dickins
Be sure to check out the trio of Mars rovers hiding in a corner near the mockup of a prototype moon vehicle. - Chase Clark
Located next to the Space Shop, come in for information about NASA's mission to Mars! - Larry
That was awesome, definitely don't miss it! The photos are amazing and you leave with renewed admiration for how infinitesimally tiny we are in comparison. - Jennifer Kennedy
When you see this place from afar it looks so awesome but once you are next to it and inside it is grand!???????? - S G M
