Check out Queen Elizabeth's Hunting lodge a few minutes down the road . It was commissioned by King Henry VIII is 1542-3 and admission's free! But check the opening hours!
Check out the beautiful signed "Willow Trail " round the lake and more (takes about an hour and starts from the car park ).
Look out for the Great Crested Grebes!
