I have discovered this place recently but since then I`m trying to get here as much as I can - the perfect place for a sunny Saturday.

Walk run cycle and enjoy the beautiful Epping Forest all year round you dont even need a car as you can walk to the forest from Loughton Station on the Central Line
Great mountain bike ride from chingford station up north to high beach and back. Great bread and butter pudding at hut in high beach
