Ocean Palace

Of the many dim sum places in town , Ocean Palace has some of the best tsui mai. Fresh and plump.

Anything that's large and fried has s mixture of pork in it. Even this fried shrimp dumpling . Pork = flavor enhancer for everything. :)

Shrimp & pork dumplings are awesome but, if on a diet, this is not the place to go. Too much temptations.

They will pass judgement on you if you're not Asian, so that sucks, but their food is consistently good and we can get in and out in 30 minutes, so I'll take it. Just bring Asian people with you!

Best dim sum in Houston. Go on the weekend for best variety and freshness. As good as the average dim sum in LA or SF.

If you prefer a little less hassle, cleaner, and a more traditional Chinese dim sum experience, give Fung'a Kitchen east on Bellaire Blvd and 59 a shot.

Try the sesame balls , guaranteed tastiness for any dim sum virgins. Also: dumplings and lotus leaves are a safe bet.

Ask for a dim sum menu and server can bring the item to you

Had the lunch special and left full, the food took a while, I am guessing this is to allow the ladies with appetizers to get as much business as possible

Not very good today. Dirty plates, okay service and carpet flooring needs a really good cleaning . Chairs are old. BUT THE DIM SUM WAS GOOD.

Food is good. But Beware of waiters with sticky hands.

Only so so "chicken butt buns ". Acceptable if you're too lazy to go to one if the many nearby bakeries .
