We tried ALL SORTS of dumplings , morsels, and some of the most interesting dishes we've ever eaten! Snails and jellyfish to name a couple!

To properly dim sum , add a little spice with this fried chili pepper hot sauce and mix it up with a dash of soy. Great for the shrimp and pork dumplings .

Sizzling fillet with black pepper was great! The chicken lo mein and sesame chicken is also awesome! Food was served fast.

Dim sum is the way to go. Stay was a little odd to deal with, but good quality made that up.

More traditional Chinese rather than Vietnamese influenced dim sum dishes than Ocean Palace .
The shrimp dumplings (ha gow) and Tsui Mai are not as good as Ocean Palace . They're good but not out-of-the-steamer-fresh.
