Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel

Definitely, upgrade to Sheraton Club lounge access! Complimentary snacks and drinks all day, hot breakfast and nightly hot appetizers . This is still the best Sheraton Club I have ever been to!

The suites are a good size. Hotel is very close to the Capitol and a short walk to the convention center . The club lounge has a great breakfast spread , and snacks during the day.

King bed on club floor. nice decor. Bed was too firm. Water pressure was nice and water heat stayed hot. Room temp was difficult to regulate. $25/ night parking . Expensive breakfast . Quiet & private.

As usual, nice rooms at the Sheraton...great location downtown too. Try to get a monument view room!

Very warm rooms, hallways ice cold. I had to prop open my door and close the drapes (no beautiful city view ) to cool off the room. Additionally, the water is either hot or scalding.

The service is great! The rooms, not so much. The beds are comfortable though! Order Room Service the portobello burger is AMAZING and u get a complimentary bottle of water !

Enjoyed the club lounge floor. Good views . Comfortable room although a tad small. Overall a pleasant experience.

Rooftop pool is awesome! Don't use the Sheraton's parking ramp. You can walk from one that's right around the corner for $10 less.

Dark, old-fashioned, but nice. Watched a children's dance competition downstairs. Good performance .

Beds are great, love this Sweet Sleeper bed. Free internet in guest rooms which are nicely renovated.

Very nice hotel and great staff , I had no issues with elevator service or AC my room and the hotel was nice and cool.

My wedding reception was held here. One of the best ballrooms in Indy is here with windows overlooking the monument downtown.

Love this place just one thing I would change is the food in the club room after going to new York and eating we have some work to do here

When staying request 16th floor for a great view in downtown Indianapolis in Best of Upper Midwest.

The elevators are insanely bad. If you're stuck on a floor, call the front desk and ask them to push your floor number to send one up.

Great place great staff . I would stay here again.

If you have a large vehicle that won't fit in the Sheraton's garage , head a block west on Ohio St for some inexpensive meter parking and free overnight/weekend parking

Aged hotel but appropriate and affordable room rates .

Concierge is very polite & accomodating although not overly knowledgeable of local happenings. Also their isn't wifi in this hotel but they do have plugin pay-per-day Internet. No spa but a nice bar .

Tough spot... Rolled into town late, found a room at a good price. But you have to pay extra for parking and Internet . A $40 add on to the room Before You leave. Not excited at all about this hotel ..

Hotel is ok nothing great a little pricy for what you get, it has an in house Starbucks. A bunch o homeless people hang out around the hotel big negative. Overall goo experience though!

The "All Night Menu" room service menu ends at 11 pm.

Followed a friend's recommendation to use priceline.com$60 + taxes. Sweet!

If in town for leisure, I highly recommend chicagoing after a long night.

Internet Access in the lobby needs a repeater to get to the fitness center ...sketchy coverage as is...

There's a 35 minute wait on the elevators on Black Friday. Just sayin

Make sure to ask if parking is included in your room rate . Otherwise they will not tell you and in the end you'll get the bill with the $23/night parking fee in there!!! Watch out!

Don't stay here. The heater didn't work and the mobile heater they bring up doest work either. I was cold all night and they couldn't fix the heater. Said something about its on a water system .... BS

average sheraton. definitely feels a little dated. has a lounge though.

Internet not included for these rates?? C'mon - even McDees gives away free wifi ,...

Its a sauna down here.. Set for 60 degrees but it's really 84! No towels, and 1/2 the machines are broken

Pool outside is awesome.

It's VERY VERY noisy ....you can hear everything from the street & in the hallway. Elevators & internet are REALLY slow.

I would say don't stay here. The temp was set to 60 degrees in our room and it was unbearably hot in march! Also, loud , persistent drilling noises for 2 hours

Room was okay but the elevator was the worst in Indy.

Ninth floor. Poolside !

Didn't get the room we paid for because they over booked . Had to pay for parking and internet . Trying to act like a high class hotel but falling way short .
