A really perfect hotel which won my heart by offering great complementary breakfast all day, it's beautiful style and the super friendly employees. Great starting point for a relaxing Madrid trip ;)

Really nice room, though don't forget to bring a washcloth if you're from the US ???? Everyone here has been really helpful and there is a gluten free restaurant attached to the hotel .

Great hotel with great service. But very noisy due to party in hotel ?? and some „unruly“ guest and fire alarm at 1am. Still some room for improvement.

Chic , beautiful, comfortable hotel . You even want to stay here longer rather than going out for sightseeing.

Cozy place for a G&T. Service tends to take too long but that's the price you pay for feeling at your own living room.

Great location, fast Internet and amazing staff , be warned the rooms are rather small though.

The service is very good and the breakfast you could have it from 7-11 pm . I don't like the the door of the bathroom and the bed
