Great cuts of fish . Buttery hamachi . Perfectly fried salmon skin with gobo! This is my favorite sushi for its quality and friendly service . (Even my discerning vegitarian BF liked it!).
Really good sushi (technically it's nigiri ). The market rate stuff is off the hook (especially fatty tuna , chutoro or otoro).
So good! The Hamachi-grapefruit-jalapeño was delicious. I really loved the sashimi combination.
Veggie chirashi special is an amazing assortment of veggies , pickle veggies , green lettuce & warm dressed brown rice
