delicious mala spicy ramen ! very similar to their dipping ramen shop in terms of taste. be warned that it can get very spicy for those that don’t deal well with spice. gets very busy.
Identical to the one in Tokyo. Spicy miso is where it’s at (the tonkotsu isn’t spicy — this is Kikanbo after all). I like to get the Sichuan peppers up a notch (增量) for additional numbness.

Tasty spicy dipping ramen. You can adjust the spiciness (辣) and numbness (麻) levels. You can also choose how much noodles you want. Refill soup broth and noodles. Wait can be long at peak meal times. - eifeh
Im a fan of Totto in NYC and I’m glad there is one here. Excellent quality ramen. Broth format here is different than the nyc one but still very rich in flavors. Ramen ???? had to ordered to be added - Gregory K.
Feels just like being in Japan. The ramen is good, just not two-hour-wait good. The thick soup is too one-dimensional and gets tiresome quickly; I suggest going with the lighter version. - Yusheng
