Order the $5 portion;dry version comes with a bowl of noodle & a separate bowl of delicious soup with ingredients!
The uncle cooks the bak chor mee with so much passion and I would recommend going for the medium portion as they are very generous with their ingredients!
Compared to Tai Wah nearby (Hong Lim Complex), the bak chor mee here was unimpressive. A decent bowl though, with lots of ingredients (fishball, sliced fish cakes , pork & liver , stewed mushrooms )
His liver slices are puny! These were from the $5 (medium) bowl
Best bak chor mee I have ever eaten!!! Must try or you'll regret it!!!
Dad's bak chor mee is wayyy better. The son does a version only suitable for western palettes

Ermmm the minced pork noodles .
Disappointed with a recent visit to the stall. Bak chor mee was tasteless.
