Bought a Jimu Robot set yesterday and found that there is a missing piece C11. Tried calling them since 11:00AM for over two hours and no one pick up the phone. Hope they can exchange the set.
Nearest official apple retailer if you are in orchard area. Except that nothing is great. The staffs are mostly rude and has no clue to any question you will ask.
Not too experienced with customising products. Also takes much too long to collect at 4 weeks! And then they don't deliver ! Thankfully great staff !
Service is going down and product range is getting smaller. Unfriendly staff working here now. Used to be a prestige shop, now to be avoided.
