You can see way into the USA from here on a good day. Do not visit Montreal without going here at least once. The view is awesome.

If you're feeling energetic, you can take the steep pathway or steps, up the side of Mont-Royal, from Avenue Pins, or a 10 min gentlier walk from Remembrance / Du Chalet bus stop , on routes 711 and 11

Nothing beats getting a look from above when trying to get a sense for a city .

It's a tough walk, but totaly worth it. Awesome view . I saw a rakoon ;-)
