Worlds third highest. .
Stunning view over Taipei from the former tallest building of the world.
Outdoor deck is small & only on 1side of d building.It's only opened if weather permits.Best check w/ticket agent@5F 1st 2avoid disappointment.
This floor is unfortunately closed often due to winds and weather.
