It’s an experience if you love dim-sum.Really good dumplings and well attentive staff members I think this is what seperates this chain place from lots of other Chinese eataries. And you have to book !
Fantastic! Great for vegetarians . The staff is very friendly and will make sure you don’t order something with meat on accident. Also staff speaks English. Food came out quick and was amazing.
Amazing dumplings , very juicy! Sui Mai and mushroom momo were a little dry thought. Go between lunch and dinner to avoid the long lines . Otherwise have to wait for a long time.
Nice dumplings . Amazing ones. Definitely the best are ones with pork and shrimps . Even they are not allowed for people with allergy to seafood and pork
4 1st-timers,def try their signature Xiao Long Bao 1st.Also must-hv:d Spicy Shrimp & Pork Wonton ,Pork Chop Fried Rice ,& House Special Appetizer.Overall, this is d best DTF we've visited.
The Taipei 101 store is a convenient location for tourists , but also means the most busy and long wait lines . It might be worth your time to venture to other DTF, where you can enjoy same/better food!
Beef soup , pork dumplings , and pork chop fried rice were excellent. Great service. Don't be put off by the people waiting in the queue. Most are on group tours and you'll get in quickly.
The pork xiao long bao is the BEST in the world, melts in your mouth. The beef braised soup is amazing!! LOVE this place the food is INCREDIBLE!!
Put your name down and then go walk around. Spicy Wontons in the House Sauce is my favorite. You’ll be happy with any soup dumpling , the truffles ones are a treat!
The biggest Din Tai Fung in Taiwan. Great service. Amazing selection of dumplings - try shrimp and gourd Xiao Long Bao
worth the wait!...when you want to dine be sure to have a little snack or anything in your stomach usually waiting time is more than an hour
Dimsum was definitely amazing, the taste, way better than the branches in Seoul. The place is always packed with people. Great place to stop by if you're going to the observatory .
This is a great location. The food is as always great and possibly better than others that I have visited in the world. Don't forget to order the truffle dumplings .
There is no definite need to order a drink as the servers will bring you hot tea . And continual refills.
seasonal veggie is bery good. Food here are taste different from Singapore and Thailand branches. Good to have the original one.
Their drunken chicken is good and i liked the truffle xiaolongpao. Best not to eat during mealtime as the line can get pretty long. 2:30-5pm is a great time to eat here
We waited about 80 minutes on a Sunday to be seated but it was worth the wait. Delicious food, lovely service and you can watch them make dumplings .
A classic. Get the soup dumplings with crab and the Dan Dan Noodles . Try and come in the mid afternoon to avoid the crowds!
Super busy but u can get a number and wander around the mall to kill time. Truffle dumpling is a must try!!!
The correct way to eat the Xiao Long Bao dumplings is to bite off the top of the "nipple" then place some vinegar laced ginger in the dumpling and suck out the soup in it. Then eat the whole thing.
Incredibly good Shanghai style xiao long bao and shrimp fried rice . Even though the food is not Taiwanese, it's a must go to Michelin star restaurant
Avoid during lunch or dinner hours as waiting time can be as much as 2 hours. The must-order items are the pork , pork and crab roe , and chocolate xiaolongbao !
Always crowded but the wait staff is very quick and accommodating. Many are multi-lingual. Delicious food -- definitely must-visit
The best xiao long pao i ever had. Great service. Must come when u r in Taiwan.
Whilst you might have to wait in line for a short while, it will be well worth the wait!
Very popular so be prepared to wait for a table. But it's definitely worth waiting for this delicious dumplings ! 🙏😄👍
Go between lunch and dinner , preferably on a weekday. No problem getting a table during these times! And yes, it's all about the dumplings .
Awesome food. Deserves the Michelin star for sure. Worth stopping by here
Good service , pork and beef dumplings . And the spicy shrimp won tons are great!!!
Great dumplings indeed. If the line for the restaurant is too long, take them to go!
Everything is great here. A bit pricey but totally worth it. Lunch for two was about $1,000. But we were stuffed.
Veeery nice place with excellent service and tastiest dumplings ! Usually overcrowded but totally worthy of waiting
1. Excellent customer service 2. Good quality food 3. Clean environment 4. One Michelin star recognition! 5. Eat what is worth. Trully recommended!
Awesome dumplings - but you have to line up and wait, up to 2 hours, for an free table.
Great service, friendly staff and well manner. Overall worth dining in here
Service was exceptional and various xialongbao dishes and fish dumplings were all very nice. Highly recommended.
just get takeout and eat it in the food court to the left if the wait is more than like 20 min
Best service i ever had in taipei. Understand english very well , japanese, and many more. Very delicious food, and best toilet 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Curiosity got d better of us - w/all d hype about it being an institution in Taiwan,we had 2exp ourselves. So how was it compared2 their outlets in Kuala Lumpur? Not mind-blowing but def much better.
Few vegetarian options but they were absolutely delicious!!! Try the appetisers too!!! Amazing dumplings .
Xiao Long Bao . The only thing that you need and have to get from Din Tai Fung
Absolutly fantastic - this Dumpling Restaurant is awarded with one Michelin Star .
Totally worth it! The pork xiao long bao are the best!
WEEKENDS- this place is heaving...if you want to come for dinner you need to budget for a 60-90 minute wait so be sure to come earlier than you planned and get your waiting list number.
While I am lucky enough to have a Din Tai Fung in Seattle, it really doesn't compare to the quality here. Wow!
It was fairly good only for the beef noodles ,pork dumpling and the spicy sour soup . I think probably Malaysians have a stronger taste buds would prefer dragon I 🤣🤣
Go for original dumplings , not a big fan of the other new styles
A must go restaurant . Try soup dumplings . My favorite is cucumber shrimp dumplings
This branch is seriously crowded . There are others within minutes’ walk with exactly the same menu
Awesome dumplings ! Truffle dumplings are a must-try.
Beef noodle stall is really tasty and good value. It gets really busy during lunch time so getting a seat can be tricky. - Matt Ta-Min
Good service but always crowded. If you would like to buy something here better come before 1pm. Staff are really energetic and helpful don’t feel shy to ask them! - Chai Latte
越來越多怪伯伯在這洗澡 - Charles Wang
Aside from the XLB, go for the beef tortilla rolls. Sooo good! You can never go wrong with this place! - Rain Tan
Everything in the menu is good, scallop dumplings are a must-try. Note that 5 is the minimum for each order, but you can get the combo instead. - Keyue Bao
Very good dumplings, tasty filling and skin. Shrimp pork veggies is very good. - Constance | @croostifoodi
Go up and eat/drink at a high floor with a view. Try DTF's different types of XLB. Go to the Body Shop there and get their HEMP range of products! - Jzin T
I'm not a big fan of observatories, but if you're gonna do it, do it at sunset so you get to see the view in the day as well as at night 👌🏽 - Nicole Fu
Fun place to club after hours. Fairly big area. If you pop for VIP you get upstairs seating, private bar, and upstairs view of main floor. Well worth it when it gets packed. - Ty 查佛思
