It’s nice to attend those free class of keynotes, pages and numbers! Nice service!

While staff have friendly attitude, they are not necessarily helpful and are bound by Apple’s nonsensical appointment process which only makes customers wait and wait and wait some more. Infuriating.

Too many people here... I suggest that purchase good by Apple store app first , then go to Apple store to take your item after 1 hour. It’s saved your time!

If you have a reservation for repairing, they will cancel it after 10 min from the scheduled time

Good service but always crowded . If you would like to buy something here better come before 1pm. Staff are really energetic and helpful don’t feel shy to ask them!

101店的問題跟現在台灣服務業的問題一樣、好像什麼專業都不用只要顧客至上顧客都沒錯就是五顆星－至少我去面試的時候他們真的是這麼想。空有服務熱忱、專業問題難道就迎刃而解？前幾天去詢問個簡單的問題，首先遇到的店員還是不會講國語的外國人；再來他們連當天發售的新產品都不知道、還要查手上機子看庫存。最後問她電腦的問題也是不知道還要請別人來支援…就算笑容再怎麼漂亮還是很瞎很不專業，這樣來直營店的初衷是什麼呢？

在線上用文字客服，核對資料了三十分鐘，完全沒有解決我的問題。請我預約現場維修，但維修時間一直都是額滿的在開門前到現場排隊，開門時確一堆人插隊，卻沒有現場工作人員制止。11點預約，說等一個小時，現在12:30還沒排到我，卻沒有任何訊息通知延期。雖然產品很好，但客後服務遭到一個不行。
