Plaza Premium Departure Lounge

This lounge deserves its name ! Premium service, premium food (buffer hot and cold), premium beverages (bartender shaking upon request) and beautiful interior design !! BEST EVER !!

Friday nights are very crowded and noisy but saturday mornings are amazing. I wish they have better coffee here. I love service, people working here are truly nice.

Perfect way to start your holiday. If you are going on a honeymoon, mention that to your travel agent to get complimentary usage (we did via Co-Op Travel)

I love this lounge ! They have loads of seating space, dedicated bar , friendly staff and a great variety of food, snacks , drinks and more.. tucked away in a quiet location next to immigration counters

24 euros for 2 hrs of hi so comfort is a good deal IMHO, using Priority Pass . Very cosy and comfortable lounge , good food and beverages, friendly staff .

Nice pleasant spot to while away the time waiting for a plane despite being buried right in the heart of terminal 2 with no natural light at all.

I think it's a decent deal for 2 hours of comfort, food and drinks 29 pounds. Very quiet , not crowded and stuff is very attentive. The price of the shower is included.

Food was on par with regular airport food but you get 3 courses free with priority pass entry so I found it 100% worth it, not to mention the very nice shower rooms! Surprisingly empty at 10am.

Airside lounge is a great place to unwind before check-in. Fun atmosphere , nice service and clean showers

The Chicken Tikka offered here is better that at some Indian restsurants.

Great massage , and the attendant wisely advised a shorter one than planned as she knew my gate was a 15 min walk.

Large superior airport lounge - available to Priority Pass - but which only opens at 5am. Large selection of food and drinks. Many charging points.

Rather disappointing: no air conditioning , too crowded , needs a refurb, lousy selection of food.

Gorgeous, spacious , nice buffet - and filthy!

Disappointing breakfast . No eggs , no toast . Tiny bread rolls that you couldn’t put anything in. I had to ask twice for knives. The staff act like they don’t want to be here… I don’t blame them

It's hard to keep such a busy place clean and tidy, but some more staff might help

Limited food selection (COVID related presumably), but still nicer than the packed BA Club Europe lounge

The only complimentary beer is Carling. 1 red, 1 white wine . No complimentary brandy .

Small but nice and relaxed

They no longer accept Priority Pass , but AMEX Platinum will guarantee entry. It’s a nicer lounge than KrisFlyer.

Nice and quiet .

Pleasant lounge with excellent food and a full bar . Downsides are it can be crowded and has no windows so it feels a bit like a luxury dungeon.

Horrible lounge . No natural light , overcrowded, untidy very impolite and undertrained staff . The fact it’s an unaffiliated lounge that charges so much to enter is ridiculous…
