It appears they have a limit on how many iPads they'll sell each day. We were told they were sold out Sat afternoon and they had many more Sun morn. Plus they open at 11a on Sun not noon like web says

Don't bother preordering online for store pickup - it takes 20 times as long as if you had just wandered the store yourself.
