I know this is covered. But seriously I had to get a new computer and they messed it up when they transferred the information. now I have to wait two weeks to get another appointment for them to fix.

The associates are extremely unhelpful. You have to come up to them and ask for help, majority of them don't know seem to know the answer. They only help out if you're trying to buy a huge TV .

Everytime I order something for pick up..they never have it ready even though I usually get here after like an hr after they send me pick up email.

Remodeled store and awesome high end kitchen appliances

Employees are extremely unhelpful. I sat in the middle of the store for 5-10 min waving my hands around and no one helped me. Not sure what happened, but the staff has really gone downhill. #NoHelp
