Decent mid tier hotel . Beds are comfy . Bath needs are in those large shower containers mounted on the wall - no little bottles. Toothpaste&toothbrush is provided, if you ask.

Lots of little things to tick u off & keep u from giving them a decent recc. The black out shades are THE TRUTH. That is all.

Parking is pricey , but at least their side lot is roomy and well lit.

Great interior, pretty modern. Can't tell that from the exterior.

Great rooms and these guys know how to do Executive lounges

Mediocre Starwood hotel . Lots of small issues encountered here add up to fairly poor experience. For example, parking lot exit gate didn't work with my room card. Just one of many things...

Just a note, parking is now $27 a day.

Trying to be a really nice hotel , but can't quite get there. Mechanics are noisy , fit and trim is sloppy and service is slow. Certainly can't justify the price.

Deluxe king rm is big, but the decor is a bit drab & old looking. The hotel is a bit isolated to walk somewhere for fun. A mall is across the freeway. You can schedule the hotel shuttle.

Room 1222 is a nice suite, but next to freight elevator . Did not bother me, but definitely bothered my dogs.

Ask for room facing the hillside.

Floor 14 (top) is awesome with high cathedral ceilings.

Room was pretty nice. Hallway was burning hot. Paying for parking ? Come on seriously?

the elevator situation is awful. there's only two for 14 floors and every single time i've stayed here one has been down!

Room service was quick and the food was good! A win win!

Avoid ending up in a room with an odd number. These rooms face the highway and the windows are NOT soundproofed!

The club level upgrade is not worth the cost.

Super super slow service in the bistro , super slow internet ... at least there is consistency!

Avoid the diner for breakfast . Overpriced, terrible service and bland food. Denny's is a block away and much better.

Disappointing. Standards are definitely sub-par.

The elevators are slow.
