You can find amazing deals in the AS-IS section! Try a cinnamon roll or ice cream before you go. The oatmeal chocolate crisp cookies are also a must!

Shopping with your kids is a breeze here! Multiple styles of shopping carts, free lockers , supervised play area , family restrooms , bottle warmers in the cafe , baby food for sale. It kinda rocks.

Decent furniture for low cost. A fun place to spend an afternoon to look at the showroom and imagine what your place would look like if you won the lottery and didn't want to blow all your money.

Great place for trendy home furnishings that aren't expected to last. If you buy curtains, expect them to shrink a foot of you wash them.

Everything is ridiculous cheap in price and quality. We got the hot dogs after walking around for so long and they were the blandest hot dogs I've ever had.

One can get shopping carts before entering, but people use the elevators frequently and so you may have to wait in order to go in and have room for the cart.

Bring your comfortable shoes ! Don't forget you can bypass upstairs (the display floor). Don't skip the meatballs , though.

This is a great place to test out your significant other. Are they marriage material? Are they quick and efficient? Are they able to avoid flash deals? Serious stuff.

Nicely laid out. Easy to find what you want but also easy to get distracted by the lovely items on display.

If coming from the north side of town , an easier way to enter IKEA is via Howell Mill Rd & then turn onto 17th street . It's less traffic , less hectic & very quick in & out

$1 cinnamon bun is good when it's fresh. Get free coffee/tea when you shoe them your member id

This place is a mad house but if you skip the store, have the item name & #, go straight to self-serve & look up the aisle & bin it's quick.

If you want to inflict pain on yourself - come here on a weekend or holiday. Sneaking through the cashiers to the marketplace saves lots of time!

Crowded as it is I love coming for food and shopping. The customer service is bit lackluster, especially during my last visit. Don't make a line of people wait while you "run back" to grab something.

Their delivery trucks are 13’6”. Make sure to tell them if you have clearance lower than that. Delivery may take longer in this case.

This store is big enough to get in a good workout while also get in a good bit of shopping! Walk the entire store before checking out to burn those extra calories.

They have maps of the store in the bedroom section. Until you find the maps, just follow the arrows on the floor.

Those who bash IKEA furniture quality don't get it. If you avoid the flimsy fiberboard stuff, you can furnish your house for decades on the cheap .

Worth the trip to ATL if you have a small place they have great decorating options at good prices.

Parents, instead of yelling at your kids for being in people's way, HOLD your kids' hand in a crowd so YOU can safely guide them. The rest of us will thank you.

You can't beat the $2 2-Hot Dog,Fountain Drink, and Chips Combo. The hotdogs are made of beef .

Excellent family restroom . Changing area separate from bathroom . Bathroom is huge & clean . Diaper genii in bathroom . Stool for kids yo reach sink. Medial emergency call button by commode.

Be sure to check out the "living in --sq ft" rooms. It can completely change the way you think about your living space.

When you have items delivered make sure count how many pieces you're having delivered and tell the rep, else you could end up with half a couch like I did :-/

Day out for family and shopping. Allow time for littles to play at Smaland (45 min) and eat in restaurant .

Two words: mad house. Love their stuff, though. Too bad this is the closest one to Nashville.
