Stunning hotel ! The decor is refreshingly classy and the staff is wonderful! Luxury accommodations without the luxury prices. I will never stay anywhere else downtown again.

The lobby bar has the same full menu of the restaurant next door since it's the same ownership. If the bar at the restaurant is packed order at the lobby bar

Surprising there is no coffee machine in the room. Available for a $25 setup fee. No kettle in room and not available.

Rooms service didn’t come. No big deal; it happens. Front desk, surprisingly pushed back telling me I needed to make it know at checkin if I wanted my room serviced .

Coffee available in lobby. The cappuccino is very, very average.
