The layout is quite sprawling and difficult to navigate, but the indoor and outdoor pools are great, as is the hotel bar , Nick's. I stayed here a week upon moving to Colorado Springs. Thumbs up!

The hotel is large and the lobby and courtyard are very nice, but the rooms could use some updating. Our room faced the courtyard and outdoor pool , which is probably the best view

Room service automatically adds 18% gratuity....how are you going to force me to tip? Tipping should be if I want to based of service. So if the person is rude or whatever who cares! Auto tip ugh

Ask for a room close to the lobby. His place sprawls like a Vegas casino .
