Workers here are friendly , but not the manager! Refill set is slow, have to wait for food. Beside, order don't really goes to what you order, ask for A B C D, will give you A C D only.

Meat not marinated, pork not fresh, I am utterly dissapointed by this Thai BBQ , I went in with high hope but in the end I came out feeling totally unhappy.

Slow service like reducing our refill times. We have been waiting for more than 30min for just one refill... Watching at the empty table for 30mins... Will not visit again...

Worst BBQ plaza I've been to. The amount of food per set is obviously lesser, green tea is like plain water, n the lime sauce too.

Cabbage is the main reason I came for..

The service sucks!! Stand outside and wait while there is empty table inside and they dont let the customer in...staff cleaning the table are so damn slow 😡

Worst BBQ Plaza outlet! Terrible service, the entire restaurant is so greasy and dirty , there's rubbish and food all over the kitchen floor, cracked cups. Horrible :C
