Dave Poe's BBQ

Nothing needs BBQ sauce because its all cooked beyond perfection. Can't go wrong with anything here. Redneck lasagna is amazing. Oddly enough even the tater tots are amazing. But the meats beat all.

So good! The brisket is lean , yet squishy and so tasty. The St.Louis ribs were the meatiest ribs that I ever had. The rib meat was smoked loin goodness.

Mac and cheese is awesome. Baby backs have a great flavor and need no sauce. Didn't care for the cole slaw , I like more of sweet vinegar slaw , but a pretty good lunch .

Delicious ribs ! Tender, smoky, juicy, tasty and falling out of the bones. Sides are fine. Skip the brisket (dry and tasteless).

Brisket and pulled pork were really good. The baby back ribs were a little disappointing. Also, they don't serve beer .

Okay- I changed my mind. Stay away from the brisket as it is a little chewy. Needs to be cooked longer. Also, if getting a To-Go order- check it as they shorted me a side.
