The food was amazing and great value for money . It was very busy but staff were attentive and friendly . Try the garlic pizzette, it was delicious. Make sure you book early in the week for Sunday roast

Great food and nearly always have doombar on tap . Very friendly staff . Try the homemade macaroni cheese !

Just had the pork belly , absolutely delicious. Also a good selection of interesting beers . Highly recommended, not many other good places nearby.

Newly reopened and with a great new menu. Previous regulars won't recognise the open plan interior and restored period features. Well worth checking out.

The Panna Cotta is excellent... And of course it serves Doom Bar . Win.

Due to be refurbished in August under new owners, Young’s. Food was awful at the buffet I attended. Stodgy sandwiches , scotch eggs , sausage rolls - so old fashioned & not good quality.
