If they have it on then as a fantastic bar snack I recommend the "Half Pint of Crispy Fried Whitebait ", tho not particularly crispy it's full of flavour & good value at £4.50

Great choice of beers but on the Monday afternoon I visited I found the staff indifferent (no friendliness, just left my finished plate on the table) and the food was diabolical. Just have a drink.

Wonderful place! Very nice interior. Great range of local and session beers .

Avoid between 12pm and 3pm on a week day. It's rammed full with office workers.

Stinks of gas. Mice running around. Some of the worst staff I've encountered. They spray horrific cleaners that hurt asthmatics to drive out customers and laugh as they do. Awful in so many ways.

Don't talk to Jack, the polish hitman!
