The crab soufflé has plenty of crab and is large enough to share. The "marshmallow " soup is actually a tomato basil with goat cheese soufflés that look like, you guessed it, marshmallows !
Rise is so special, you have to make a trip over. They’re a soufflé concept restaurant , and each course is DIVINE. Highly recommend the French Onion soup and the Bananas Foster Soufflé .

The soufflés are five-star. The food is great. A very tasty French option at a good price and convenient location.
VERY awesome. Limited beer selection at the moment, wine selection more than makes up for it. Try the Crab Meat Souffle .
The soufflés are fantastic - I have yet to have a bad one. The problem - they ALL try to sell you stuff constantly - napkins from France, bread cutter, books - everything - and they get commission. :(
The raspberry soufflé is sooo good.
Beautiful decor. Love the concept of savory and sweet soufflés . Must try the marshmallow soup .
Sopa de tomate con bombones , suflé de jamón y queso gruyere , suflé de blueberries ????

The burrata and watermelon. An odd pairing, not sure the sweetness of the watermelon fits here, but the burrata is excellent. - Marc S
Sunday Brunch is absolutely stellar. Brie Cheese Omelettes, house made beignets, and smoked salmon Benedict's. - Brilliant Black Dude
Exquisite French dining! beef bourguignon, potato gnocchi with shrimp, and the Molten chocolate cake were to-die-for! - Local Houston Magazine
