I loved the bouillabaisse soup ,the way it was made, snails with garlic are unforgettable. The atmosphere I personally didn't like, coz there is a buffet and restaurant at the same place.
Daily business set lunch has a good selection and comes with a semi-buffet of antipasti and desserts at $48++. Good value especially with additional 25% off using st. Regis suppercard.

Service is good. Buffet is of quite a good choice and taste. Nice, quiet and relaxing ambience .
The aloe and lychee salad is outstanding. Mix it with the housemade yogurts .
Dinner seafood semi buffet for fridays and saturdays, food is ok but my favorite service staff , Mala is wonderful and full of information on everything, Love her!
Excellent food nice place
The eggs Benedict was amazing
High tea was disappointing. The food was quite heavy and salty. The desserts were mostly stodgy without the right balance of flavours. Felt quite ill afterwards. The food didn’t seem fresh.
good selection of food for breakfast ! quality, top notch!(:
Ask for Eggs Benedict. Not well advertised, but definitely a buffet option . Hollandaise can be spotty.
Quite a good degustation menu though on the pricey side, you can get better value elsewhere
Breakfast served is mediocre. Soup noodles taste like water and noodles . Service is poor, server prioritising&apologising to a Caucasian male when the same unfortunate event happened to the both of us
Interesting pieces played from my heart will go on to 上海滩 to phantom of the opera
over-hyped and over-priced. service is really unprofessional and food so-so. Like the sous-chef is off and the sous-sous chef is having a fag (actual chef has not been seen in weeks). Can do better.
Freezing aircon, wear ur fall/winter couture here!
Breakfast time ends at 1030. Stay for their really gd lunch buffet . Uob 20% off set lunches
Mille Feuille dessert is terribly sour. Desserts should be sweet.
Burp... Lots if champagne
Try the lunch ala carte buffet with dim sum, saturdays are great as it is not so crowded. cost $98 per pax without champagne. Great cantonese soups - ullyss
Nice & cozy to wind down after a long walk on hot summer day in Sg. Expect to be pricey, it is located in a 5* hotel. Service is good. - angeline chandra
Try the Weekend Prosecco Brunch! Great antipasti, With yummy grill seafood and meats, pastas and pizza free flow prosecco. Did I mention its only $98? Good value! - Jesmine Loh
Very nice French brasserie, authentic food by Frenchmen. Great four gras and charcuterie - SJG
Loved the Alaskan Crab with black truffle! Their Uni was delightful and tantalizing. - Morwens
I really enjoyed the Homemade Yukon gold potato gnocchi, with steamed alaskan king crab, lettuce and black Perigord truffles! - Ria D
Best Japanese Kaiseki-YOSHIYUKI is in here. About S$ 200 up for 12 course meals and fits few seats.Reasonable compared to premium quality food served. It's not just a meal, it's an heavenly experience. - Jintana Chia
The service & treatment was excellent! Do give yourself about an hour ahead of the treatment to check out the wet spa area! Will be back! - Karen Wee
