Terminal 4 is a airport terminal West Los Angeles Los Angeles located in United States.
LAX Airport Los Angeles , CA 90045 United States
Wi-Fi | Yes |
Homeboys has the best food at the lowest prices in the terminal. Their baked goods are delicious!!! Many of the other cafes actually sell their stuff at a higher price.
Easy terminal to get around. Wish there were more food options.
If you have gate 44, add 15 minutes to get to/from the remote terminal. The shuttle goes on the taxiways so get your camera ready!
Since all the restaurants have colluded on a $13 sandwich , just sit down at Campanile . Prices aren't much higher, plus you get a waitress .
AA Elites, never take the option of using the "shorter" non-elite line here. There is an addl queue past the TSA checkpoint and other delays in this line will add significant time to the wait.
Hudson news stand reopened across from Starbucks Nov 2012 - has variety of drink & dry snack options - make sure to check around corner for additional selection
Dunkin' Donuts on the concourse just past the Admiral's club!
This terminal can get very crowded . However, both the times I've been here, the TSA lines moved pretty fast.
Food: Homeboy Bakery , Campanile , Cole's, 8oz Burger and Kogi (coming soon)
I love American Airlines ...they treat me great...i guess they should as I have flown more than 5 million miles on American.
Please head this warning: If you are traveling out of LAX, please arrive 2 hours early for Domestic travel & 3 hours early for International travel. That is no exaggeration. You've been warned!!!
If you are forced to spend the night in the Terminal, scrounge for blankets from AA employees and sleep behind Gate 47 ticket counter.
Get here early
Best food in LAX. Three words: Real Food Daily.
The new Sammy's Woodfire Grill (open summer 2012) beats Chili 's any day
Food options here are horrible. I got a sandwich , soda , and banana for the exorbitant price of $20. I understand that airport food is expensive , but it was just meh. For $20, it's not worth it.
WARNING: October 2013 No Starbucks open in this terminal. Being rebuilt.
Checkout the new Starbucks at the Arrivals level! :)
Omg pre check is where it's at!!! Easy & quick...done & done!
They have updated the terminal with new charging stations !
My favorite airlines , great service and good meal boxes.
Heed these words. If you're traveling from LAX, this is not an exaggeration: please arrive 2 hours early for a domestic flight , 3 hours early for international.
For a meal Sammy's Wood Fire Grill beats Chili 's
Double gin and tonic at Chilis when your way early for your flight !
If going to gate 44, you take a shuttle bus to a bunch of gates isolated from the main terminal. Eat or grab togo before you head out there.
Frequency has its benefits. AA staff is excellent especially for Priority Members.
if you're dieting it's great because theres nothing to eat
Terminal 4 is no Terminal 5. It desperately needs an upgrade. TSA lines are generally long here.
Power outlets are by gate 45
Reese Witherspoon was behind me on the security line .
The staff are friendly they are not much help
Sign up for TSA pre check if you qualify. Makes security a breeze!
One of the busiest airports in the world and so few charging stations . Another LAX fail.
You can seat at gate 41 and get free Wifi from AT&T.
This is where I met Tony Romo. He was very nice. Even though I told him I'm a Packer fan.
Free wifi with AT&T directly under the Admiral's Lounge .
Starbucks line is shorter at 5 AM, but they only have 2 people instead of 3 or 4
AA is the best!!
Gate 40 has free wifi ... Maybe we're just close enough to the admial's lounge . Tee hee...!!
Stores, restaurants and Lounges
Under construction , so give yourself a bit of time.
The lack of power outlets is distressing, people are lined up to use the power poles
For those that hate on T4, it beats the "remodeled" T6
Restaurants here totally inflexible and NO fast food !
Oscar A is the bomb! Try to get him to check your bags!
Great airline . Great service. Happy to be a frequent flyer!
Small and no real cozy zones to sit or eat. No Priority Pass Lounge:-(
Total lack of dining options. Terrible cell phone service. If you're stuck here for more than an hour do yourself a favor and take a cab somewhere else and come back right before your flight .
No point in arriving before 4:15 am for a 6 am flight . Escalator is supposed to officially open at 4:15 am. Hope #TSA has had their coffee . I'm sleepy
Love AA gold membership.great service.
Best service when you're flying on First Class! Showers, drinks, all amazing! - Julian Knaesel
awesome to see iconic LA food options in the terminal: kogi taco, real food daily, cole's, homeboy cafe - bibliotekah
The Flagship Lounge offers a tasty array of mains, at least one beef and one chicken choice, sometimes a fish. A standard choice of various salad ingredients is available although some are pre-dressed - Bill Keller
