Extremely slow ground service. Come here 3 hours before your departure. Otherwise you could miss your flight. Just because of interesting ground stuff here.

Security screening was surprisingly quick!

Why does such a modern, and large terminal have ONE restaurant . LAX can suck it.

How is it that in Des Moines the gate areas are more modernized than LAX ? Terminal looks like it did eons ago.

Eat and drink before u arrive. Maybe the worst amenities terminal in a AA hub. Only one sit down restaurant and bar . Very very slow.

They have wifi onboard!

Do not fly AA if you can help it. Unreliable, none caring, no customer service, treat customers like cattles. Mouuuuugh

There's a $35 fee to pay for a ticket in person (the only way to use 2 sources of payment). Would've been nice if the woman I spoke to on the phone had mentioned this before I drove all the way here.
