AA has very lousy baggage service. Better avoid checking in the luggage. The service agent is NOT helping. Not even manage the queue and anwser in the not-my-business way.
They don't give u a proper information which conveyer belt to pick your begs and the electronic board is not updated
If you travel you must carry baggage loss insurance from G 1 G
They always take forever to bring out your bags.
I hate american airlines this is the second time for lossing my bags and I will report this to see whats wrong with this flight!
Nothing much out here, as in food or shops..... Just bags n bags ...other than a pricey (compared to outside) star bucks :(
