A calm park near downtown. The the bird poo. Holy crap the bird poo. Not quite a picnic destination.
Watch out for the creeps! Otherwise good when you don't feel like the Lake crowds.
Ok if your not in the mood for the lake crowds. But beware of the sketchy vibe & you'll be fine.
