We tried six or seven items and they were all good. I liked the overall feel to the atmosphere and the service was excellent. We came here based on foursquares review, we were not disappointed
The yaki-ramen is a great choice for the days that you just don't want all that broth. Add some agedashi tofu and a creamy croquette as well if you're hungry - portions of yaki-ramen are not huge!
Great ramen with a slightly lighter porky broth. I love that you can completely customize it from noodles , to broth strength and toppings. Plus many other menu options like the gyoza !
The pork broth is cooked for more than 15 hours to achieve the strong, creamy pork flavor. The basic Hakata bowl comes with ginger , green onion , and two slices of char siu BBQ pork .
Hakata ramen - hard noodles , strong base, extra noodles for $0.95. Skip the egg , but go for the garlic or spicy miso !
The hakata ramen and the gyudon are my favorites!

Fried chicken with yuzu sauce is crispy , moist, and yummy! Chashu bowl is good, too.

It's like they dropped a stick of butter in the Hakata Ramen broth....Mmmmmm!!
It's so loud in here, even when there aren't very many customers. Look for the 2 hr parking meters on the same street as opposed to the 1 hr ones. Spam musubi isn't that great.
Three words: garlic miso butter.
