Wow!!! I had no expectations going here for the 1st time and they crushed it. Deconstructed omelet is genius and the french toast is out of this world good. Already planning a return trip.

All I can say is "OH MY GOODNESS" top 5 ... scratch that Top 3 breakfast places I've ever been to!!!! I had lamb for breakfast/Brunch and I have no regrets... I'll back to Chicago just for that!!

all the French toast is fantastic, the maple butter is delicious, and the crab benedict is one of the best I've had-the crab cakes had so much crab and the perfect amount of breading !

Worth the wait in line . The Cluck-N-Gaufre (chicken and waffles ) is amazing. Nutmeg hot sauce , fried chicken , and sweet potato waffle is a unique take on the classic.

The front tables can be drafty in the winter but they're perfect in the summer. Get there early if you don't want to wait because this place gets busier every week. Come prepared for riddles.

Best brunch place ever! Their specials are always so good! I live their benedicts and sweet potato waffles ! Just remember to bring your own shampaigne and they will prepare a mimosa for you!

The crab and spinach benedict special is made with real crab and the flavor is savory. I tried some of my friend's lobster omelet (I'm usually not a fan of lobster ), and it was delicious.

OUTSTANDING!!! French Toast Superflight was to die for. The cheese encrusted hash browns-simply amazing. The Spinach Omelet was so fresh, it's like the eggs were just laid & the veggies just picked.

This is called the super flight , there are 5 different flavors: blueberry , strawberry , caramel , lemon , and mango . The last one is interchanged based on the seasons.

Enjoy this fun place for Breakfast or Brunch . Good food, great service and easy location. It will get crowded being popular, but why not sip coffee as you wait for your table.

Based on suggestions, I tried the Super Flight and Chicken and Waffles . Both were good to me. Super Flight was definitely the best out of the two. Staff attitude can be better though.

I have traveled around the world and eaten at some amazing restaurants , but nothing compares to brunch at Batter & Berries. Absolutely PHENOMENAL!! In addition our waiter was OUTSTANDING!! A+++++

The best darn Flavored French Toast I've ever tasted.... And oh the Lobster Eggs Benedict was the BOMB!!!! One thing bad though... The people talk hella loud ! Like seriously flippin' LOUD !!!

Chicken and sweet potato waffle ...my mom had it, and she said it was rich and dry...so..you may need syrup for it.

Order the French toast "super flight " to get a tasting of their amazing French toast , which includes their weekly special and their menu regulars! Also, the omelets are delicious!

Their method for seating parties is so backwards. If you're a party of 2 and a 4 top becomes available they'll seat people who came long after you if 4 people are in their party. Not how it works !

Seriously good breakfast for a pretty decent price. Get there early for brunch or want 1.5 + hours.
