Bacon is best I've had at breakfast shop. Solid, consistent, and steady. I eat in and order to go often. Not a big pancake guy but obviously they do them very well . I love the pecan cakes

Very busy, but I was seated right away. Server was very friendly & attentive. I had a make your own skillet with turkey sausage , cheddar , spinach , and tomatoes , and it was fantastic. (cont'd)

The menu will have you drooling. I for one can't get past the Andouille Sausage Skillet with the 2 over easy eggs , smothered potatoes and pancakes . CRAZY DELICIOUS! The pancakes melt in your mouth.

Been here several times, but our server Cat really took very good care of us and made sure we got just what we wanted. Be sure to ask for Cat.

If u don't have the patience to wait then this is not the place for you they are very busy 3x as much on the weekend the chicken andouill skillets with wheat germ pancakes the staff is amazing as well

The apple pancakes here are boss. Possibly the best apple breakfast dish I have ever had. Also try the steak skillet (you get more if you get it to go).

My favorite pancakes ! They have turkey and chicken links for the non pork eater. Coffee is good too!

The Dutch Treat is a work of art , but be prepared to wait around a half hour for it!

The wait really is crazy, but the food is great and affordable , and everyone couldn't be friendlier. You just can't be in a hurry!

Every customer needs to complain about the waiting area. There is no area to wait. They have to make space available.

Be prepared to wait, and be Patient. A good eating establishment yield Long Wait Times when YOU KNOW THE FOOD IS GOOD.

If you are willing to wait a bit longer than usual, the grand dutch babies are excellent

New location at 1358 E. 47th Street @ Lake Park is OPEN! No quiche or biscuits & gravy . Boo!

The pancakes were good, but I really hated the syrup . It was very watery and not much flavor at all. Its a pancake house , the syrup is a major element! This made it disappointing unfortunately.

Wait time was too long but once seated service was fantastic!

Horrible service by the Hostess , 30 minutes past our promised time, and was rude and letting people she Knew say right away. Food is mediocre, this is Chicago there are bigger and better places.
