Really don't understand some of the poor review. Hotel , and restaurant , were fanatic. Loved our stay here (views of the fall from our room) and had a great dinner . Highly recommend
Gorgeous place a bit off the main track . Lunch with a view of the autumn colours and the waterfall couldn't have been better; best oysters and Bloody Mary I have ever had + a warming squash soup .

The Patio has an amazing view of Beacon Falls! We came here for one glass of wine and ended up with two bottles of wine . All reasonably priced. We didn't try the food, though.
We were so sad to see that the tasting menu was removed. However our meals were delicious! The view of the waterfall was also beautiful!
Beautiful hotel and restaurant . Tried the lobster roll , cassoulet , sweet potato soup , and a hot toddy (ish) cocktail . Everything was ????????
Love the real farm to table philosophy of chef Brennan. Appetizers were outstanding, recommend the home made ricotta and "Egg & bacon ".
Great spot to grab a drink before hitting Beacon for Second Saturday. Take the train up, walk directly here, then meander your way back by the 10:08 last train .
Eat outside when the weather allows and enjoy the waterfalls view . Great crispy chickpeas , corn gnocchi and salmon burger .
Been wanting to try this place for a while.Went for restaurant week.Great table with a view.Food was mixed, some great, some were actually quite overcooked.Simple service elements were missed (spoons).
Sit outside by the falls and have a drink and the fried chickpeas .
FIne dinning, yes, but be prepared to leave hungry. The place needs a facelift for some art . The bar had great bar food, the short rib sliders are a must.
Nice waterfall views and great food. Tuna tar tar . Dumplings . Shishito peppers , mushroom flatbread was great
Modern techniques meet local ingredients - a great place to try outstanding Hudson Valley meats and produce.
Awesome place to eat. Situated outside, they have an awesome menu of homemade food and a full bar . Try the chicken wings and the pulled buffalo chicken sandwich . Read more
The views and dinner were amazing! They have industrial loft style rooms and super clean and comfy !
Sit on the patio or by the window. Salmon was delicious. Service needs work. Ran out of dessert & the waitress just wanted to give us the check without mentioning it.
A lot of hotels these days try to be edgy without being relevant — this one still has a way to go. Rooms were clean , but amenities were lacking. The areas around the hotel are exquisite.
Really, really good cocktails and snacks creekside. Wonderful bartender/waitress
Stayed at the penthouse, was disappointed with the details, cheese plate was literally 3 small slices of cheese , but the view makes up for it
Beautiful views , beautiful building. Food was fine, not amazing. Service was horrendous.
Nice location right next to the waterfalls .
The patio bartender was delightful and professional on Labor Day!
Rockwell designed restaurant and hotel on The Falls.
The Duck was amazing !
Didnt get a chance to eat and drink here but want to go back
Room 205 has a good view of the waterfall
Don't try to call room service they put tape over the button
don't leave any valuables in your room
Skip the cocktails and order a bottle of the Hob Nob wine for $28, best bet.
Always get the chickpeas !
Gorgeous lunch spot
Great service
Gorgeous property
Perfect for Zack
Went for an early dinner when it wasn't packed. Here's a very simple breakdown: food - mediocre. Service - mediocre. View -great.
I was very disappointed. The only thing good was the view . Small servings, small choices, not diversified at all. Never again.
Oysters kinda warm :(
Kitchen was remarkably slow. 45min to get our appetizers , then 45min to get entrées. Our server tried her best tho. I spoke to a staff member, and was told they were actually overstaffed that nite.
Fucking terrible.
Great service. Ask for a table outdoors or by the panoramic window overlooking the falls - Cole Griswold
Sit by fireplace! Great ambience and food was good. Great selection of beers and cider pear dessert was the bomb! - Daniel A
Shrinmp and grits. Steak sandwich. Four pillars shiraz. All great! - A
Owner is a little eccentric but very sweet and welcoming. His breakfast is definitely worth getting up early for. - Donna Viering
Try the locally made Popsicles in the cafe, passion fruit strawberry is awesome - Jonathan Wegener
Super chill spot with solid food and a rotating beer selection of some merit - Mike P
