Place is great. Brand new, fast, free wifi everywhere. Staff is accommodating and friendly , even if English is not a native language. And yes, you have to flush the toilet more than once, saves water.

Fantastic hotel , thoroughly enjoyed my fifth stay here. Staff are magnificent, free wifi is very helpful and although the downstairs bar is a bit expensive , service is good.

Why wasted £18 for american buffet while with less than £10 you can have a decent meal just right out side the hotel with Giraffe or La Pain Quotidien

It is my favorite place besides being home. The staff are exceptionally helpful, the rooms are contemporary and stylish , specially the ones in the 8th floor and the location is hard to beat.

Free Wifi in the rooms. Plugs for continental and US items. Great service from friendly people. And the largest bed and room I have ever slept in in London. All for a bargain price through hotels .com!

Seen a mouse in the coffee area underneath the sofa , mentioned it to the reception, receptionists say something to each other and basically that's it...hospitality at its best

Made me feel uncomfortable about not being a "resident" while using the bar .

The worst value from money proposition: 1,150 gbp for 3 nights in a standard room; sticky reception desk, scruffy rooms, the only pro is location

My first room had a broken toilet . When I reported it to the front desk, they scoffed, insisting that I was flushing it incorrectly. The wifi in the rooms did not work for 6 of 7 nights.

They are rubbish about the room service , and extra charge for water and some rooms ingredients like water.. Overrated, expensive but will enjoy my festive time

Depressingly uninspiring business hotel . Utterly average.

They also wanted to charge me £30 PER NIGHT for an extra uncomfortable camp bed in the room. Waived when I complained. Won't be staying again as room was v cramped

빅토리아역에서 가깝고 근처 버스 정류장이 가끼워 대중교통이용이 편리.객실 정리상태가 일정하지 않음. 욕실에 헤어컨디셔너는 있는데 샴푸가 없거나 객실에 매일 두는 쿠키를 건너뛴다거나 샤워가운을 채워두지 않거나 객실용 슬리퍼를 두지않는 등의 상태로 알수 있음. 1층의 객실의 방음상태는 최악!!! 복도에서 들리는 대화 옆 객실 소리 차단이 재대로 되지 않음.
