Posh 4* hotel located in the heart of Bloomsbury. Very nicely decorated rooms with lush fabrics, comfy bed and big bathroom . The staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and cocktails !

Central location a short walk from the British museum . Pillows on the bed are neck breakingly big. Staff aren't the friendliest. 24hr Gym is decent with treadmills , crosstrainer, rowing & dumbbells

Excellent location . I basically went to many places by walking. They have a good customer service. Their rooms are not that spacious , but they are comfortable . I'm so glad that I stayed at this hotel .

Very good breakfast . Excellent location near British Museum , Oxford Street and Covent Garden . Spacious rooms , comfortable bed and pillows (stayed at business class room).

Nicely appointed rooms with US outlets for electronic charging. Bathrooms can be on the small side though. Lovely staff and complimentary drink coupons when you check in.

One night out

on my 1st day here, there was no remote control for the tv , the next night, the heater broke, today my ashtray was gone. Maybe they like when guests call the reception complaining...annoying!

Great hotel , lousy brewed coffee

looks are decieving, nice and tidy but way too unisolated. i've been kept awake half the night by people slamming doors and shouting etc...

The wifi is fast indeed, but tends to crash after m'night.
