Around 11:00am on a daily basis, this man that looks exactly like the villain from the Ghostbusters is in this very gym . Be sure to check him out, but keep your distance! He's not very friendly !

Try the three different types of yoga FFC offers: Vinyasa Yoga , Hatha Yoga and Power (Ashtanga) Yoga . We love them all!
