Beijing Noodle No. 9

A bit hard to find when u go from the forum and the casino bit if you go through the main entrance, it's pretty easy to find. Loved the beef with black pepper sauce , beef hofan and the xiao long bao .

Beijing cuisine is particularly known for its dumplings (e.g. Won ton ), so I had to try some when I got here. This place is the reason why dumplings are still very alive and well !

We waited 50 minutes before got sited, the food was great and authentic , the duck fried rice is a must try. But it's very pricy , I'd expect more by this range of price.

Hand drawn noodles !!! Probably some of the best noodles by far. Best part was the noodle demonstration. The soup dumpling and the siopao - highly recommend.

Kung Pao Shrimp easily fed 2 with a bowl of rice and had large shrimp . This was a delightfully spicy dish that was enjoyed very much.
