This place rules. Chinese/Mexican fusion sounds odd, but it really works here. Chips and salsa are $$$$. Small but inspired tacos . Really nice noodles dishes , especially the Ants Climbing a Tree .

Noah Weiss

Jose Andres at bargain prices for Vegas. Ideal meal: guac , habanero sauce , carnitas (with pork rinds ) and viva china (oyster ) tacos , shrimp mojo , chicken ji song, and a bunch of Micheladas .

Alice Ferris

Try the Lucky 6 Siu Mai - Love this. From bottom, beef , seafood , traditional. Traditional is my favorite, but I don't usually have it garnished with gold leaf! (via @Foodspotting)

We did the tasting menu . Phenomenal - absolutely the right decision if you want to fully experience the fusion style here. I’ll always dream of the mango sticky rice dessert - stellar finish.

Stylesight

Create your own dishes from a selection of regional flavors, from tacos and guac , to Chinese soups , noodles and dim sum . Chef José Andrés brings you street inspired fusion fare at its finest.

A must visit in Cosmopolitan . The setas tacos are excellent. I also recommend the Avacado Smash. The tequilla and avacado is tasty & is refreshing. They sometimes have a Pork Belly Taco that's great!

Jessica W

The tasting menu was a lot of food, but a completely unique and delicious experience. Definitely worth trying once. The tacos , fried pork buns , and fried rice were just a few of many hits.

Zulkeira R. Stefchak

When Pigs Fly steamed dumplings are made fresh all day long. You can watch them being made if you sit at the bar . Very good fusion food! Terry is an amazing bartender/mixologist! Ask him for tips!

Fuses two tried and true traditional cuisines together for something totally new and creative. It's mandatory I come here on each trip. Worth a visit for the margarita clouds alone.

Vegetarian Vegas

A great spot for a light vegetarian lunch . Go for the Beijing Noodle Bowl : it's fresh, light and oh-so-delicious. The guacamole is the freshest you'll find; just leave off the cheese for vegan .

Isaac Freeman

The pork buns with the sweetened condensed milk were one of the most interesting flavor combos I've ever had. Highly recommended!

Love the concept! The fried rice was delicious and the calabaza sopes (pumpkin ). The Palmito Salad could’ve been more special.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Mexican and Chinese cuisines live side by side as an amusing mix of elements from both traditions. Enjoy a signature dessert , the Terra Cotta Warriors, which resemble the famed Chinese statues .

Kelsey✨

Cool fusion concept. Try the salt air margarita , potstickers and stir fry

Alice Ferris

Try the Rou Jia Mo Street Sandwich - Red cooked pork in a naan like bun . Prefer it in a traditional steamed bun , but still good. (via @Foodspotting)
