Amazing room! There is a CBTL coffee machine too! But I do have problems with the front counter staffs . They have difficult time to explains simple things.

Great Japanese Lunch Set at casual quiet place inside the hotel . Staffs are attentive. Delicious, good quality of food, right portion for individual. Try teppanyaki beef , salmon , tempura roll here.

Absotutely genuine suberb hospitality and care during four days & nights stay with very difficult dietary requirements, not only the few champions staffmembers, but the whole team got me for life!

The Fitness center located at the 5th floor is great for a morning or evening workout.The Serena brasserie is also nice with local food.

great room,good service&amazing breakfast buffet.Do check out the restaurants on the 1st floor.Was offered a smoking room upon arrival but after waiting for few hrs got the non smoking room requested.

Make sure your access card not in contact with mobile phone otherwise you can't access the lift. Great room at level 9 with super king bed.

Must try their ice cream in Serena. Raspberry , vanilla and strawberry it taste different. Others food are nice as well .

Try the Honey Dew with Sago - SO refreshing! Small crunchy chunks of melon in very light, cool 'soup ' with petite little balls floating in the bottom to flavor things up.

Went to lobby cafe with Japanese guest,we would like to have coffee as we had our dinner.The manager(wear coat)ask impolite way "only drink?Don't want eat?"Then walk away with angry look. Date:1/1/19

Friendly staff , comfortable rooms and located next to Ampang Park LRT station , which is a station away from KLCC.

Good signage, good environment. Good place for relax, and holiday. But you never know what is happen behind all these hard work.

The workers very helpful. And The Kesatria Night is a wonderful show! Waiting for another show like that. <3

Ask the hotel front desk for free parking voucher if you are staying in for more than 7 days and renting a car to get around KL.

Hotel provides free shuttle bus to KLCC every hour and Bukit Bintang every two hours.

It's known as Nikko Hotel previously. It's near to Citibank building, Ampang Park LRT Station and just opposite to Ampang Mall .

Agree with najib's comment. The only hotel 's surau with mihrab i've ever seen.
