Very nice hotel and on 2nd visit got upgraded to executive room. Awesome bed and impeccable service . Nice cookie too to add the icing on the cake . Highly recommended!

The breakfast is amazing. Dinner is very good too, I love that it has so much variety, Chinese, Malay and also Indian.

Brand new hotel close to Petronas Towers. Great hotel with spacious rooms , stylish lobby in light and dark brown wood. Try the Makan restaurant ! Excellent food and indian curries to die for.

as a platinum member & frequently staying in Doubletree (everyweek or long stay), i did not feel special like how i used to stay in Hilton. Doesn't feel like coming back anymore

Best for weddings, hotel staff friendly and flexible while avl is great (not as great as external) but better than many basics

the free wifi in the guest room is poor, always hard to connect, the hotel charge RM49 for better service, the good thing is-- the breakfast is great

Spacious . Front Desk is located on the 2nd level of the hotel . U get the doubletree cookies when you check in and bkfst is on the 11th floor.

Food court ther don't hav a lot of choices & it closes early. Jockey svc was awesome & reasonable

The hotel room is great! 9/10! The service 10/10. With lovely chocolate cookies upon check in. However, the Makan Kitchen is awesomely horrible. 0/10. The food is cold and turned bad already.
