years ago someone hung over the beltway and painted the words "surrender Dorothy " on the approach to the Mormon Tabernacle. you can still see the blocks of paint covering the graffiti letters .
The famous "SURRENDER DOROTHY " graffito from 1973 has been removed. But the word "SURRENDER" painted in 2007 in much smaller letters can still be seen on the far-left span on the outer loop of 495.
I wish like hell that CSX would just keep this classic graffiti forever.
They totally need to repaint this
