Beguinage Ten Wijngaerde

The only place in Brugge, where its photos are better than the original place :) If you are closer, then may come to see here; but it will not worth to walk from the center.

Founded in the 13th century, this is one of 13 Belgian beguinages listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site. It consists of around 30 white painted houses and a gothic church , built around a central yard.

If you decide to walk until the market you should take a walk here! It's a very scenic park , the trees , the houses make you feel like you're in a european movie !

The 'Begijnhof' is a piece of quiet in the city where nuns are still living. The adjoining Minnewaterpark is also really nice.
